OUR SERVICES

Expert Cancer Care for Dogs and Cats

Our services span comprehensive cancer imaging and diagnostics (such as x-ray, ultrasound, CT, and molecular testing), innovative treatment plans, and ongoing support for pets and their families.

We specialize in a variety of treatments, including chemotherapy, targeted therapeutics, and immunotherapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Our approach is holistic, focusing not only on treating the disease but also on enhancing the quality of life for your pet during and after treatment.

A Team Approach

We want you to leave our consult with a better understanding of your pet's cancer, to know if they are in pain, and to feel confident in the plan that we've created together.

Successful cancer treatment takes a team approach - we're on your team.

We're here to answer your questions, to offer advice, and to provide support.

What We Do

It is our job to determine the best treatment options for each patient. Sometimes additional imaging (such as x-ray, ultrasound or CT scan) or molecular tests are recommended to provide more information about a pet's cancer and overall health, and allow for the best possible outcome

Treatment varies widely based on the type of cancer we are treating, the patient, whether their cancer has spread, and the goals of the family, but can include: pain management, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapeutics, and even integrative treatments

Since we are a medical oncology practice, we will recommend referral to a local surgeon or radiation oncologist if cancer surgery or radiation is part of the treatment plan.

Our goal is always to help our patients live longer, while having a great quality of life during that time.

Dr. Lori Cesario Board Certified Veterinary Oncologist

Meet Dr. Lori Cesario,
Board-Certified Veterinary Oncologist

Dr. Cesario has been practicing oncology in California for more than a decade. She is passionate about finding the "best fit" plan for each of her patients.

She utilizes the latest treatments available, but understands that only by focusing on the whole patient (not just their cancer)will the best outcome be achieved.

Because of this, she uses an integrative approach, which simply considers how traditional oncology treatment as well as how diet, lifestyle, supplements, herbs, and acupuncture might help a patient with cancer.

Her goal is to have as many tools in her toolbox as possible to help her patients live better and longer lives.
